For those who are not on the XML-DEV listserv:

I've started a thread that is now called "Beyond the Semantic Web",
addressing the dynamic discovery of Web services. I thought I'd forward
this to our TC as we are considering adding Semantic capabilities to our
registry architecture for v4.
