[With Examples!] Re: [regrep] Core Components Requirements - Latest Version

This is shaping up nicely - I've added a column to the right of the
document I sent yesterday for examples, and have started filling them
in. Please feel free to suggest any for the remaining places.

Next, we can generate use cases for our Technical Note from these
examples. Comments are welcome and appreciated.
