"Web Services and Registries" Pilot Plan

Several weeks ago, I announced that I am conducting a "Web Services and
Registries" pilot project under the Federal CIO Council XML Web Services
Working Group. Attached please find the Pilot Plan that I've forwarded
to the vendors participating in the pilot that I am leading. 

The plan covers everything from scope, to detailed technical guidance,
to timelines, to use cases. Sections are listed at the end of this
e-mail if you'd like to peruse the list.
