I was trying to get away from presumptions. :-) Who knows? On the factually side. There were three separate times that I sent requests to the Chairs of those TC asking for them to review, at least, the sections that discussed their technologies. I only got replies from one indicating that they would try to have someone review it. After the third message in April gathered no response I recommended back to the author, and the UDDI TC, that he not hold up wrapping up the document. And here we are now.
