ebRS 2.4 for TC review.

Changes include:

  Replaced RegistryEntry with RegistryObject in many places (e.g. DeprecateObjectRequest)
since now taht staus in in RegistryObject (not RegistryEntry) we can perform
all LCM operations on all RegistryObjects.
  Fixed chapter 8 (Nikola) for all V3 filter query changes. Also added
support for LIKE predicate in FilterQueries.
  Fixed Chapter 10 (Event Notification Service) to acount for simplifications
in Subscription infomodel.
  Fixed Appendix E to make consistent with ebRIM ACP chapter.
