You've not uncovered any problems with the WSDL, which would be
welcome. Instead, you've just told me that sourceforge is flaky. As
for the namespaces, we don't refer to anything as 3.0 until it is
published. 2.1 is analogous to a development branch, e.g. Linux 2.3.
Farrukh will re-namespace everything when preparing the final package.
