[regrep] Meeting minutes amendment

The following is an amendment to the minutes sent out earlier: 

Nikola has talked briefly to Carl Lagoze from Cornell who is involved in some Digital Library efforts and has also sent him the Presentation that is a candidate for endorsement by the TC. Carl and Nikola might meet F2F in the near future to discuss how these efforts relate and whether they might be some opportunity for collaboration.
