[regrep] Fee for telecon during face-to-face

The fee for opening a telecon line during the face-to-face meeting next week
would be $200.00.  One of us would need to foot that.  Would anyone be able
to participate via telecon Mon, Tues, or Wed next week?  There is no point
in looking into this any further if no one will be able to telecon in.  

Please let me know ASAP if you would be able to telecon in, and would commit
to doing so.  The fee is too high for someone to foot, if no one is going to
actually use it!!
