Joe,

That is a helpful summary.  I assume that the UBL groups are doing more
requirement gathering than spec' work - since obviously they would
otherwise be duplicating ebXML work.

Anyway - I'll take further discussion offline with you on specifics here
and we can report back any issues/matters of importance.
