[regrep] Volunteers triaging all comments need to subscribe to newsubteam list...

All who volunteered to assist in the V2 Spec Comment Resolution process need
to subscribe to the new list.

You can easily subscribe at http://lists.oasis-open.org/ob/adm.pl. The new
list is called: ""

There are two messages there already. Those who are volunteering to help
with this effort should plan for a short meeting next week to clarify
tasks/owners. Mtg planning will be done on that list. We have a reasonable
amount of work to do in a very short amount of time.

Thanks,
