[regrep] 3 members needed

Hello All,

OASIS procedures at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.shtml,
requires the TC to submit to OASIS in its Specification
Package   [..] (d) certification by at least three OASIS
member organizations that they are successfully using the
specification.  Further guidance provided by Karl Best indicates
that the certification can be in the form of an email message (no digital
signature required).

Please email me ASAP if you are willing to provide this
certification.
