[provision] Tiny Telecom Example in the current SPML spec...

Attached is a description of how the Tiny Telecom scenario
proposed by Gerry Woods could be implemented in the current SPML specification.
This expands a bit on Gerry’s original example. In addition to the
subscription request, it shows an example of a search request. It also shows
modify, delete, and extended requests. In addition to the RA-PSP requests, a PSP-PST
request is also shown.

 

A possible way to extend the current SPML schema mechanism
to include XSD for attribute definitions is also shown.
