Bindings clarification...

I have gotten some emails off-list about bindings, so some clarification in order.
 
The PS TC is currently only considering two bindings for SPML 1.0 specification; SOAP/HTTP and File. The SOAP/HTTP Binding defines using SPML as a web service. The File Binding defines using SPML in a file (typically for the purpose of bulk operations).
 
There have been some discussions of other bindings for the post 1.0 time-frame, but there are no plans or motions before the TC to address any other bindings in the current specification.
