[provision] Formation of Security Standards Joint Committee (SSJC)

As OASIS forms an
increasing number of security related TC’s, the Director of Operations
has proposed the formation of a Joint Committee to help coordinate the
efforts.  I have included the text of the proposal below. In summary, the SSJC’s
role will be to try and ensure consistency and and general interoperability
between security related TC under OASIS.

 

I will be the co-chair
for this committee.  In accordance with OASIS JC & TC rules (available
here http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/guidelines.shtml#joint_committees
)the PSTC has to vote on an official liaison with the JC and attend the first
meeting (scheduled for 6/13/2002).  I will add an agenda for Monday 29th call.
