Website In The News automation

TC Members: today’s working meeting approve implementation of automation update for the website’s  In The News  page, and that change has been implemented. I’d encourage TC member’s to check out the new page, provide feedback on any problems (or typos created while converting 55 news items to individual files).

If you have news to add, the
explanation for how to do that  is in the updated repo README.md. The new system makes it very easy, so hopefully contributions will be numerous!
