Actuator Profile Subcommittee schedule

Several AP-SC members have conflicts with our current 1pm Eastern US timeslot, so we would like to reschedule future meetings on the 2nd and 4th week of each month. I included 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00 (New York) timeslots for North America/Europe, but you may propose alternate times here.
