Resignation from OpenC2 TC

In accordance with section 1.5 of the OASIS Technical Committee Process policy,
https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process-2017-05-26#termination , this is to notify the TC of my desire to resign as a member.  It is my understanding that this ends any rights and privileges I had, including voting rights, in the OpenC2  TC.  It also terminates my membership in the language subcommittee.
