regarding Meeting Minutes emails

TC Members,
My apologies if today's emails regarding meeting minutes were confusing. Two things happened, only one of which requires your attention:
1) I posted the draft minutes for this week's meeting, for review and comment / correction.  You can access those via your Kavi account or at the public link:

2) I changed the status of the December meeting minutes from Draft to Approved and locked the document. I should have suppressed the emails on those, since it's just an administrative change.
