November 5 OpenC2 Tech Talk Update

OpenC2 Technical Committee,
Recall that there will be an OpenC2 Tech Talk tomorrow at 14:30 eastern.  This event will be held at the DreamPort facility in Columbia Maryland and is NOT RESTRICTED to OASIS members, so by all means tell your colleagues.
