Issues #5,6 on HTTPS... CSPRD

I meant to reiterate HTTPSâ. Issues #5 (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-impl-https/issues/5) and #6 (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-impl-https/issues/6) as ballot comments. I forgot to do this which
 is totally my fault. By OASIS rules, the TC is allowed to ignore my comments but is not precluded from considering them.
