DKS24 - Weird JADN Brackets - SLPF CSPRD Comment

Multiple instances, I think first is on page 26 line 27ish:

 

[1, "drop_process", "Drop-Process", ["[0"], ""],

What does â[0â mean? Where is it defined? I dislike this notation. I propose changing it to the cardinality notation used in the property tables eg â0ânâ and defined in the language spec 3.1.3. Note the language
 spec does not define the notation used above so this change can take place in this document independent of changes to the language spec (ie donât just kick this over to LSC).
