The minutes from the 20 September 2017 TC meeting have been amended based on comments received to clarify that the JSON mapping of the Language Specification is a normative specification for the JSON implementation of OpenC2. 

We will vote on the approval of minutes at our TC meeting on Wednesday, 18 October 1100 ET/2100 EST.
