Revised export of TAB comments - OpenC2

Greetings!

I caused confusion with the export of the comments I filed on behalf of
the TAB. I did not notice that the "description" of the issue was
missing from the export. My bad.

I have attached another export that includes the description.

Apologies and I will attempt (It's JIRA after all) to reset my default
export.
