Missing approved 1.3 modifications

Hi,

    

    OFFICE-3662 appears to indicate that the approved addition of
    chart:interpolation values has been applied towards ODF 1.3. I don't
    seem to be able to find it in the current working draft.

    

    Did this got lost? What about other changes we approved ages ago?
