JIRA Has Stopped Reporting to the List

I see that creation ODF TC JIRA Issues have stopped feeding notices to the
list.  

The last notice of a new creation that I received was on Friday
(OFFICE-3213). 

Today I created OFFICE-3263 and neither it nor anything back to OFFICE-3214
have been announced to the list.  They are not on the office archive and
they have not reached my e-mail in-box.
