For draft27 added "BINOM.DIST.RANGE" bookmark and replaced "BINOM_DIST_RANGE" references with "BINOM.DIST.RANGE". Also removed the weird "__Dde..." bookmark between B and INOM.DIST.RANGE in the header, apparently some leftover of the old "B" bookmark that broke when moving around things.
