Style property defaults...
Implied attributes are not an option

Option
1) mandate to dump everything
2) define in spec

application only needs to write out what is different from defaults 
given in the spec

give style defaults

give them in terms of odf markup rather then a table

no defaults for specific applications. if an applicatrions differs, it 
uses the default-style element to represent the difference.
