I am in the process of creating an erratum document for ODF 1.0, most of 
which I suspect will be applicable to 1.1. The erratum document for ODF 
1.0 is needed for a similar document in ISO concerning ODF 1.0.

Rob Weir has recently posted a document with a list of all the submitted 
errata:

And obviously all such errata will be folded into the forthcoming 
OpenDocument Format 1.2 release.
