Unfortunately, I cannot make this, nor will I be able to make next

Dee: I do still have to send you the blurb about OOoCon. I'll do so
today. Otherwise, the ODF Camp arrangements are in place, and I've
received already a notice from KDE and Sun people that they will be
attending. The Oasis logo is also pasted to the page.
Venue and catering and equipment: I have described our desires to the
organizers who have said they will take care of them. No word on
costs yet. But it should be fairly minor--catering (from el bulli),
water, sugary drinks, beer.
Rob, Erwin, Don (and others), I would suggest we also use the odf-
camp list I created to docket attendees for further coordination.
