Groups - CR Unit of Measure uploaded

Submitter's message

        Hi All,

I have uploaded an updated version of the CR UnitOfMeasure.

Now in the CR Template.

Added the k versions again. If we don't people will use them anyway because we want an extensible enumeration for this.

kind regards
