RE: Possible change to TC voting rules - input requested

We would lean toward a cap, either 1 vote per organization or perhaps
choice C with slightly different caps for the different classes.

Almost always in technical standards work, the person who can better
defend his position with cogent arguments will win over the committee,
but in rare cases when push comes to shove, we agree it would be better
to avoid possible "ballot stuffing" by large organizations.
