request to move IPR conversation

This is a great conversation and I don’t want to
hinder further discussion, but this list is intended to be used for proposed
charter reviews. Since the SOA for Telecom Charter has been finalized and the
Call for Participation issued, as well as the fact that the questions around
the use of RAND are of broader interest, I am requesting that this conversation
be moved to the oasis-member-discuss list ().
Like this list, any member can post without subscribing/joining the group; the
benefit to subscribing is that you will automatically receive a copy of any
