New OASIS Membership agreement

The legal department of my company is reviewing the new Membership
Agreement and is not yet ready to submit comments or a decision.  They
also revealed that our IP office needs to review the new IPR
requirements before we can agree to the membership agreement.  I hope
review list stays open long enough to capture our throughts.
