John,
The funding request by the IJTC would cover travel costs
including airfare. For the best fares, it is generally recommend that you
book at least 2 weeks in advance. I am available for the dates and times
you suggested for the regular meetings but the June 9th meeting is less than 2
weeks before the meeting. For this month, can we meet on June 2nd
instead?

conference calls were at 8:00
a.m. Pacific Time
(11:00
a.m. Eastern) and were on a
Thursday and a Wednesday.
I recommend that we set
the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 11:00
a.m. Eastern time as a
regular monthly meeting day/time. We could have additional meetings as
needed.
This would mean that
our next meeting would be on Wednesday, June 9th. Does that
provide enough lead time before the June 21 meeting of the
IJTC?
