Don -- Thank you for the minutes.  I had this meeting down on my calendar for
today, not yesterday.

I agree with the decision about the Steering Committee.

I am working with Dave Roberts on the IJ TC charter.  We are planning to get it
done within the 90 day deadline.

If you wish, I will ask the Electronic Court Filing TC if it is willing to take
on transcripts.  Let me know.

I will not be able to participate in the August conference call as scheduled (or
any time that week).
