Eddie: There is no deadline for submitting a TC proposal; the only deadline is the length of time that a discussion list (whose purpose is to put together the TC proposal) is allowed to live. You've got 90 days after the list opened. If you can't complete the proposal by the time the discussion list is required to die you can discuss creation of the TC further offline, or you can propose a new discussion list and pick up where you left off (though this could get a bit silly after a while :-) If you're just a couple of days away from completion I'll look the other way and let you finish up, but you may otherwise want to just take it offline among the few who are actually contributing to the discussion. </karl>
