As we are working toward the finish of 3.0 Court Filing we need to keep in
mind that if we want to submit any changes for the GJXDM as a result of our
work and we want them in the next revision (later ones are certainly an
option), the deadline for getting any "bugs" in consideration for the
upcoming 3.1 version of the GJXDM is - - - as soon as possible.  The cutoff
for getting the changes completed and into 3.1 is Oct 31, so if we want or
need to get anything in the upcoming major version, we need to submit them.
