Colleagues – Please find an amended agenda that
includes our joint session with the ABA electronic filing
committee at 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 16th
to discuss electronic service and other issues of interest to them.

 

The US Courthouse is north of the Mirage and the other
casinos on Las Vegas Boulevard (the “Strip”).  There
is a public parking garage two blocks north of the courthouse on the opposite
side of the street.

The meeting on Thursday will commence at 9:00 am and adjourn
following the conference telephone call which will begin at 4:00pm.  The
meeting on Friday will commence at 8:00 am and adjourn
following the conference telephone call which will begin at 11:30 am.

 

We have a special order of business at 3:00 pm on Thursday
to meet with the ABA Electronic Filing Committee to discuss electronic service
and other matters of interest to the ABA.

 

The meetings will be held at the United States District
Court for the District of Nevada, 333 Las Vegas Blvd.  The
specific meeting room will be posted at the courthouse.
