The current draft (dated September 21, 2002) of the Court Document 1.1
Specification is now available at

This document is being edited by Roger Winters.  Once the edits are
completed, a final copy will be submitted to Robin for official publishing
on OASIS.   Rolly is planning on being in Boston on Friday and he will
discuss with the group all issues and questions related to the spec that we
do not cover during the phone conference.
