Extremely drafty release (NO release notes)

Hello. Please find enclosed a very drafty release for todays (or tomorrow's) new release of Akoma Ntoso. Only missing is two items I would to discuss today and the update of the relase note.

I also attach Monica's list of modification proposals with my notes.
