Version control email problem

Hi All,
Can someone please advise me about how to stop getting version control update emails. I got dozens from Vitali's recent update within a few minutes. Is there a way to separate the version control emails from other group emails? I cannot find the controls for this in the OASIS site.
Cheers,
Adam Wyner
