[OASIS Issue Tracker] (EMERGENCY-41) None of the RFC keywords appear to be used
Darrell O'Donnell created EMERGENCY-41:
------------------------------------------

Summary: None of the RFC keywords appear to be used
                 Key: EMERGENCY-41
                 URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/EMERGENCY-41
             Project: OASIS Emergency Management TC
          Issue Type: Bug
         Environment: Normative
            Reporter: Darrell O'Donnell
            Priority: Minor

TAB-1226

"Keywords listed in Terminology:
""The key words “MUST”, “MUST NOT”, “REQUIRED”, “SHALL”, “SHALL NOT”, “SHOULD”, “SHOULD NOT”, “RECOMMENDED”, “MAY”, and “OPTIONAL” in this document are to be interpreted as described in Error! Reference source not found..""
Are not used in this spec, suggesting there is no normative content. You do not have to us these keywords but the normative content should be more clearly indicated. E.g. the conformance clause should explain what is to be interpreted as ""requirement"". Also, there is a broken ref in this section 1.1."
