Question about your EDXL DE csd and pr submission

Hi Jeff, 

I am starting work on the EDXL CD v2.0 submission (TC Admin tickets https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1366 and https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1365). Couple of questions: 

- This contains both the csprd03 document and the DE_2.0...doc white paper. Just confirming that I'm doing as I did last time and ignoring the white paper document. It isn't part of the specification and should be approved and submitted as a Committee Note separately. 

- This also has a folder dom_diagram in the docs folder. This folder doesn't exist in the previous csprd. I assume that it, too, isn't part of the specification? 

I will proceed on the above expectation but let me know if I need to know more.
