I'm aware of Houston providing a very effective, 5 minute delayed feed to the public, and I know most Computer Aided Dispatch systems from companies like Intergraph, Northrop Grumman, Spillman, Tri-Tech can easily translate the entered informtion into CAP. This happens without any additional human work, and rules can typically be set to protect the distribution of personally identifiable information. Any feedback appreciated.
