Changes Required to the CAP-v1.2-PR03 Specification

I've listed below changes that need to be made to this document. Please let me know if I can help you make them.

This Version & Previous Version - hyperlinks are incorrect & do not match text links. Need to fix as follows:

This Version: Change from /emergency/cap/v1.2/pr032/CAP-v1.2-PR023 to /emergency/cap/v1.2/pr03/CAP-v1.2-PR03

Previous Version: Change from /emergency/cap/v1.2/pr021/CAP-v1.2-PR021 to /emergency/cap/v1.2/pr02/CAP-v1.20-PR02

Latest Version - The .pdf hyperlink is incorrectly formed - Add .pdf at the end as part of the link.

Status - All three hyperlinks are incorrect. Need to replace the placeholder [TC Short Name] with the actual TC name.

Footer is incorrect - Change to the following: CAP-v1.2-PR03

NOTE:  All of the hyperlink errors are visible only when you roll the cursor over the link. There are extra characters in the Version ones. The Status one still has boiler plate info instead of TC-specific info. That is why clicking on them results in an error.
