work product review - EDXL-HAVE

The following issues have been idientified in the submitted work  
products and must be corrected before they can be uploaded to docs.oasis-open.org 
  and the Errata review announced:

1. Errata document
This is not in the OASIS template. Please see the recent EDXL-RM  
Errata for the proper format (http://docs.oasis-open.org/emergency/edxl-rm/v1.0/errata/EDXL-RM-v1.0-errata-cd01.doc 
)

2. Merged Errata document
The only updates appear to be the actual errata items. Please update  
the cover page and running footer similar to EDXL-RM (http://docs.oasis-open.org/emergency/edxl-rm/v1.0/errata/EDXL-RM-v1.0-OS-errata-cd01.doc 
)

The TC must make the appropriate changes and resubmit the Errata.
