RE: Revision to OASIS GML "where" requirements document

Dear EM TC -

 

I uploaded a revision to the OASIS GML "where" requirements document. 
Revisions are based on feedback from GML experts. I would like to move this 
document to Committee Draft at some point. I need to formally request that the 
OGC GML community take the requirements along with the current OASIS GML "where" 
definition a create an official update for review by the OASIS 
community and submission into the OGC standards process. I need to 
accomplish this by the 3 week rule for our December meetings in Mountain 
View.
