RE: No GIS SC conference call this Friday

I am out of the country, so no GIS SC call this Friday.

We have gone through another iteration to the letter seeking
implementation experience and change/enhancement requirements. We will be
adding the necessary OASIS process wording and will send the letter out
under Elysa's signature.
