EM-TC Meeting Cancelled for today 7/10/07

There will be no EM-TC or IF-SC meeting today.  The Msg/Not SC will 
still meet at 12:30 EDT.  Please review the HAVE documents that 
Sukumar has posted.  We should be able to vote on these at our next
