FCC Commercial Mobile Service Alert Advisory Committee

As described in the attached announcement, on December 12, 2006 
there will be a public meeting of the newly-formed FCC Commercial 
Mobile Service Alert Advisory Committee.  The FCC Web site for 
this Advisory Committee is http://www.fcc.gov/pshs/cmsaac.html

Our own Art Botterell is a member of this Advisory Committee. 
Let's hope this will be a forum to push for rapid U.S. adoption 
of the CAP standard for all-hazards, all-media public warning.
